An associate attorney at Woodward Law Offices LLP, David Masse practices in criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Masse has to his credit, litigating various disputes in federal and state court, from civil rights to personal injury, employment law, administrative law, contract disputes, union disputes, and contract disputes.
Mr. Masse is an ex-Marine Non-Commissioned Officer with 1990-1995 and 1997 being his service period. He has primarily served in the Pacific Theatre, as the 11th Counterintelligence Team's member while touring with the fleet Marine force.
Mr. Masse completed his B.A. in Political Science from Western Michigan University in 1998, graduating Cum Laude. Then he proceeded to complete his Juris Doctor Degree in May 2003 from Valparaiso University School of Law and was among his class' top 25%.
Mr. Masse was Valparaiso Moot Court team's member for two years during his days at Valparaiso University School of Law. He belonged to one of the two winner teams in the Swygert Moot Court competition for advanced oral advocacy, judged by members of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.
Mr. Masse is currently a member of the Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, and the Indiana Bar Association.
