David E. Woodward practices in the area of creditor rights (banking), real estate, business structure and contracts, and civil litigation. For almost twenty (20) years he has successfully tried over fifty (50) jury trials to conclusion in both, state and federal courts on behalf of both businesses and individuals. In addition to his civil trial experience, Mr. Woodward has represented lenders and borrowers in negotiating and documenting over five hundred (500) commercial real estate and corporate financing transactions. Other services provided by Mr. Woodward include workout, foreclosure, bankruptcy and lender liability claims.

David E. Woodward received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wabash College in 1987 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Valparaiso University Law School in 1990.
During his law school career, Mr. Woodward served as an extern for the Honorable Kent Lindquist, Federal Bankruptcy Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana. At Valparaiso University School of Law, Mr. Woodward was awarded the Vaughn Award for his outstanding work in trial advocacy.
Mr. Woodward was previously on the Board of the Nature Works Conservancy District in Porter County and on the Board of Directors for Family Time Snacks, Inc.
Mr. Woodward is a member in good standing with the Lake County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Defense Lawyers Association, and Federal Bar Association.
